JHZ/JLHZ series chemical Axial-flow pump is designed according to the solid-liquid two-phase flow theory and meets the GB/T13008 standard. The JHZ series is a horizontal, front door open, single stage, single suction cantilever structure that can be repaired without disassembling the pump body and pipelines. The JLHZ series is a vertical, single stage, single suction lower cantilever structure with a rigid shaft design. The rotor weight is light and the reliability is high. The impeller of this series of pumps is matched with a short joint, and when transporting abrasive materials, only the short joint needs to be replaced. The hydraulic design of this series of pumps fully considers the characteristics of conveying slurry particles, ribbon fibers, and other features to match the fixed blade angle of the fully open impeller. The flow passage component material is duplex stainless steel, which has the characteristics of wear and corrosion resistance, low vibration, low noise, reliable operation, long service life, and convenient maintenance.
Application scope:
Suitable for conveying various acidic, neutral, and alkaline corrosive and abrasive slurry media with a solid concentration not exceeding 60%. Commonly used for conveying media containing solid particles at high flow and low head evaporation circulation stations. Used in industries such as phosphate compound fertilizer, alumina, non-ferrous metallurgy, chemical industry, alkali production, salt production, papermaking, light industry, power plants, etc.
